Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Social Media Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience across various platforms. Roles & Responsibilities • Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. • Create engaging and relevant content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & LinkedIn that resonates with our target audience. • Manage and maintain social media profiles, including scheduling posts, monitoring comments and messages, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner. • Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing objectives and campaigns. • Build and nurture relationships with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to amplify our social media presence and reach. • Stay updated on emerging social media platforms, tools, and trends, and explore opportunities to incorporate them into our marketing strategy. • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and initiatives. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in social media marketing or digital marketing. • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with audiences effectively. • Creative thinker with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and experimenting with new ideas. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for better results. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics) is a plus.
