Job Description
XIRCLS is looking for social media marketing interns who will be involved in generating and sharing social media content for brand awareness and increased sales.
You will be tasked with generating interest in our brand among select online audiences, including founders and business owners, CEOs, marketing heads, marketing managers, customer retention specialists, digital marketing agencies and digital marketing professionals.

Your daily tasks will include generating and sharing social media content from the XIRCLS LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook pages. You will also generate content to share on your own social media and across the internet, wherever relevant.

Responsibilities:
● Generate content for the XIRCLS social media pages, including product information posts, testimonials, quotes, tips, trivia, polls, case studies, product comparison posts etc.
● Ideate on viral content strategies for brand awareness and hyper-growth
● Coordinate with the content and design teams to generate content for your personal accounts
● Spend at least two hours a day sharing authorised content on social media and other platforms & discussion boards
● Maintain a database of prospects & leads, and lead them down the sales funnel by sending emails, presentations, case studies, reminders & follow-ups etc.
● Network and build trusting relationships with potential customers
● Use word-of-mouth marketing techniques, like referring our company to friends & family
● Monitor online comments and respond or forward to the Marketing department
● Answer questions about the brand
● Perform other marketing duties relevant to promoting the brand
● Maintain a positive image of the brand at all times
Requirements
● Strong presence on social media preferred
● Must be accustomed to spending a lot of time on social media
● Must be energetic, yet patient & disciplined to work consistently
● Candidates with superior writing or design skills preferred
● Must be able to work with minimal supervision

● Duration - 3 months minimum
● Type of Internship - Full-Time or Part-Time
● Expected to work 5-6 hours a day, 5 days a week
Compensation
● Rs. 5,000/- per month plus travel allowance upto Rs. 1,500/- only on working from our office in Andheri East
