Position Overview:
As a Social Media Marketing Intern at Mister, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand's visibility and engaging our target audience on social media platforms. You will have the exciting opportunity to develop and implement social media strategies, create compelling content, and foster a thriving Reddit Pinterest and Meta community while gaining valuable experience in the fashion industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Strategy: Assist in developing and executing social media marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Reddit.
• Content Creation: Create visually appealing and engaging social media content, including posts, stories, and videos, that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our audience.
• Community Growth (Reddit): Focus on growing our Reddit community by participating in relevant discussions, sharing valuable insights, and strategically promoting our brand within the Reddit community guidelines.
• Engagement and Monitoring: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms, fostering meaningful conversations and building relationships with our audience.
• Analytics and Reporting: Assist in tracking and analyzing social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and growth.
• Competitor Benchmarking: Conduct research on competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities and stay updated on best practices.
• Content Calendar: Create and manage the development of a content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting schedules.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and community management, to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• A passion for fashion and a keen interest in men's fashion trends.
• Ability to create content and design expertise is a major plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with graphic design and photo/video editing software.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, including Reddit and Pinterest.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
• Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and a self-starter.
