Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation:
• Assist in creating engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Support the development of multimedia content (images, videos, graphics).
• Social Media Management:
• Schedule and publish posts across all social media channels.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions promptly.
• Campaign Support:
• Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns.
• Help track and analyze the performance of social media posts and campaigns.
• Research and Analysis:
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitors' social media activities.
• Provide insights and suggestions for improving the company’s social media strategy.
• Community Engagement:
• Engage with the online community, building relationships with followers and influencers.
• Participate in online conversations and promote brand awareness.
• Reporting:
• Compile and present weekly/monthly reports on social media performance.
• Provide recommendations based on data insights.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media marketing and digital content creation.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
