The Federation for Educational Leaders and Administrators (FELA) Is an organization that aims to bring together education leaders from all over the world. This initiative seeks to use these great minds' intellectual capacity to overcome the challenges in the vast Indian academia. Our organization will serve as a forum, bringing together senior members of the academic community to support and advise the top education leaders, entrepreneurs, and administrators on various policies and academic affairs.
The forum's primary goal is to promote a democratic exchange regarding various policies and grievances in the education sector. In the online platform, everyone has a voice heard by everyone and all the forum members are offered the flexibility to reflect on their ideas and read the responses of others.

About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
• Work on news editing
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
• Stay on top of industry trends
• Work on deep research on any given topic
• Work on SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.)
• Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website
• Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
• Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends, etc.)
• Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date
