Overview
We are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager and Content Writer to join our team. The Social Media Manager and Content Writer will be responsible for managing our social media accounts and creating engaging content for our website, brochure and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be able to create and execute a social media strategy that drives engagement and generates leads.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase engagement, followers, and lead generation
Create and schedule social media posts across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms
Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns
Content Writing
Write compelling and engaging content for our website, social media platforms, blogs, brochures, marketing materials, etc
Create content that aligns with our brand's voice and values
Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and create content that reflects those trends
Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual content that complements written content
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred
Minimum of 1 years of experience in social media management and content writing, preferably in a professional setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in social media management tools
Proficient in content management systems such as WordPress or Squarespace
Strong understanding of social media analytics and metrics
Familiarity with SEO best practices
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to take constructive feedback and work collaboratively with the team
