Job Title: Social Media & Marketing Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented Social Media & Marketing Manager to join our start-up. The successful candidate will manage and execute our social media and marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness and customer engagement across multiple channels. As a Social Media & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative and effective marketing campaigns that target our audience, generate leads, and promote our brand.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, content marketing, PPC, and SEO)
• Create and maintain the social media calendar and content plan
• Develop creative and engaging social media content (posts, stories, videos, etc.)
• Work with designers, copywriters, and developers to develop compelling marketing collateral and assets
• Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, insights, and best practices
• Manage and execute email campaigns, track performance and ROI
• Manage and oversee the company's social advertising budget and analytic tools to monitor and improve the performance of campaigns
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree min (preferably in marketing, business or related field)
• 2-3 years of experience. Freshers with exceptional ideas are also welcome.
• Experience creating and executing social media campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to design, develop and deliver effective marketing campaigns with measurable results.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.)
• Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and platforms in social media and marketing.
