We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media marketing campaigns that drive engagement and increase brand awareness. The Social Media Marketing Manager will work closely with our team of designers, content creators, and other digital marketing specialists to ensure our clients receive exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies that align with the client's business goals
Manage and oversee the creation of high-quality content for social media channels
Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly to stay ahead of the competition
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of social media marketing into other marketing efforts
Analyze social media metrics and report on the performance of social media campaigns to clients
Build relationships with influencers, partners, and industry experts to expand brand reach and engagement
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media marketing trends and technologies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of success
Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Knowledge of social media advertising, including Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads
