• Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
• Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
• Adapting content to suit different channels
• Develop, launch and manage new campaigns that promote the organisation and brand
• Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
• Undertake audience research
• Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
• Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using social media insights
• Analyze competitor activity
• Recommend improvements to increase performance
Job Specification
• Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing field
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Ability to deliver creative content (text image and video)
• Solid knowledge of keyword research and social media analytics
• Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Familiarity with web design
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• BBA/MBA in Marketing or relevant field
Salary Range: ₹20,000/- ₹50,000
