Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to oversee our company’s presence on a multitude of public platforms. The social media executive should create gripping content, and social media strategy, monitor user management, analyse feedback and report on the effects of each key undertaking activity while assisting in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Creating engaging digital content that increases customer engagement and enhances the organization’s online brand.
· Designing, executing and moderating marketing campaigns on all social media platforms including Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
· Continuous review and active management of the website and all digital assets.
· Daily social media and community engagement activities including prompt communication and handling of feedback.
· Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
· Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook, etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
· Working on eCommerce platforms/portals.
· Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
Visual asset design/creation and image content creation including editing of banners, images, landing pages, EDMs, etc.
Requirements and Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication studies, media, or similar courses.
· Proven experience as a social media marketing executive or similar role.
· Exceptional knowledge of leading social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
· Experience in social media, Google AdWords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
· Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Web Trends, etc.)
· Hands-on experience in managing eCommerce websites/portals updating, cataloguing, promoting, and working on keywords to increase sales and visibility
