ROLE TITLE & DEFINITION
A Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for delivering client projects (SOCIAL MEDIA , LEAD GENERATION & ORM) by making strategy, executing and coordinating with clients as per their satisfaction. He/She is also responsible to ensure the work is of best quality and the client is briefed about the same from time to time. (COMPANY REFERRED TO AS COSMOLANCE TECH PVT LTD)

• CONTENT STRATEGY (CLIENTS & COMPANY)
• LEAD GENERATION (CLIENTS & COMPANY)
• ORM
• RESEARCH
• DEVELOP STRATEGIZING SKILLS TO DELIVER SUCCESS STORIES FOR CLIENTS AND COMPANY TO BECOME THE DIGITAL MARKETING DIRECTOR.
TASKS & ACTIVITIES
CONTENT STRATEGY
• Ideating and preparing content for Social media and other platforms.
• Take responsibility for timely approval from clients.
• Responsible for timely posting of the content as per schedule.
• Responsible for posting stories and engaging with accounts on social media for all clients
• Growth of all client accounts organically.
• Providing content for Blogs and websites as per requirement
LEAD GENERATION
• Strategise for each of the client and company which type of ad, what objective and which platform is most suitable to achieve our goal.
• Conceptualise the ad and work closely with copywriter and graphic designer or website designer to mae the perfect ad.
• Research, research and research what is exactly happening in the market.
• Tracking regularly and Reporting
• Optimisation of budget to ensure profit for the company.
ORM
• Strategise how to get more positive reviews in a more non spamming way for the client
• Replying daily to all the negative comments if any and reporting about same to the client on a daily basis.
• Setting alerts to know what chatter is happening for each of the client and company
• Monthly Report generation to show the result of our efforts.
RESEARCH
• Spend one hour every day to research and brainstorm with the team what more can be done for each of the clients to ensure we give more value than promised.
