Newmi is India’s first women health lifecycle management platform and largest products and services ecosystem across woman’s health journey, from Puberty to Menopause and Preventive Women Cancers. Newmi is started by Aditi a two-time Cancer conqueror & ex top Fashion Designer and Sanchit an ex Senior Corporate Leader.
Role Description
Social Media Marketing Specialist will be part of the core Marketing function at Newmi. This role will report into our Sales & Marketing Head and will be primarily responsible for digital marketing/social media initiatives for the company.
Key areas of responsibilities include:
• Define & develop social media strategy to increase brand awareness and website traffic.
• Creating Quality and Unique Content in the form of still posts/reels for Social Media Captions. Create engaging written, graphic, and video content while staying up to date on the latest marketing technologies and social media.
• Posting content to various channels. Managing social media accounts and make them grow using organic strategies
• Help develop and implement best practices in social and content developmen
• Assist in the creation and execution of influencer strategies/Insta Live sessions
• Help in creative ad campaigns (in video/carousel form) for email marketing, WhatsApp marketing and various other source of digital marketing channels (Facebooks, Google)
• Design promotional strategies for resources and special events
• Will work in sync with Digital Media Strategist
• Interaction Participation in Group Activities
• Responsible for all the planning on Social Media Activities and Growth
• Drive traffic to company pages and generate interest in company products and services
Requirements
• Women Candidates Preferred
• Must have worked on all the social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Handling Social Media Platforms and Profiles
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills – fluency in English language is required
