Responsibilities
• Make engaging social media posts
• Create social media campaigns
• Create and manage an influencer database
• Create paid Social Media promotional campaigns
• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Understand clients' needs and expectations
• Be open to multiple topics and create an engaging calendar
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Use a social analytics tool to monitor and analyze social media data, extracting valuable insights that can be leveraged to optimize upcoming campaigns
Qualifications
Requirements and skills
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a social media manager
• In-depth knowledge of social media channels and analytics tools
• Knowledge of fluent English language is a must
• Candidates with diplomas in digital marketing will be preferred
• Delhi-based candidate
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with a diverse group of people, both internally and externally
• Ability to think creatively under tight deadlines
• Experience in content creation with a deep understanding of current trends
• A strong passion for content creation, coupled with experience in managing your own content page.
