Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist/Coordinator
Job Description:
• Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to reach a targeted audience and achieve specific marketing objectives.
• Analytics and Reporting: Use social media analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics. Provide regular reports on social media performance and recommend improvements based on data insights.
• Community Management: Foster a sense of community around the brand or products, encourage user-generated content, and moderate discussions and user-generated posts.
• Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with influencers in the industry to amplify the brand's reach and credibility.
• Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a social media marketing strategy aligned with overall marketing goals and objectives.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure that the brand's voice, messaging, and visual identity remain consistent across all social media platforms.
• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms. Recommend and implement new strategies or tactics as needed.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activity on social media and gather insights to inform your own strategy.
Qualifications:
• Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in social media marketing or a related field is typically required, with the level of experience varying depending on the role.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with the audience and collaborate with team members.
• Team Player: Collaboration and teamwork are often required to align social media efforts with broader marketing strategies.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure that posts are error-free and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and find solutions quickly in a dynamic digital environment.

Salary: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
