You grow while helping others grow with you You thrive on change, have attention to detail, and passion for quality You love exploring new ideas to build something useful and are always curious to learn What you'll do Job Overview: As a Social Media Specialist at CoinDCX, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies across various platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to enhance our brand visibility, engage our audience, and drive organic growth. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of hands-on experience in social media management, a keen eye for content trends, and a proven track record of successfully managing and growing social media accounts. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Strategy for CoinDCX’s Social: • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to align with brand, product, and category narratives. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to help position CoinDCX as the most Trusted Crypto brand on social media. • Drive Brand Growth: • Drive organic growth in impressions, engagement rate, followers, etc across social media handles, particularly Twitter. • Have deep expertise in platform understanding and community behaviour on Twitter. • Collaborate to come up with ideas to boost growth metrics Job Location: Mumbai/Bangalore Agency Management • Work with external agencies to manage the day-to-day content calendar and ensure the highest form of creative quality and optimised turnaround times. • Ensure all comms are as per brand tone of voice and guidelines Community Management: • Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally. • Foster a positive and interactive online presence for the brand. • Analytics and Reporting: • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns. • Provide regular reports and insights to inform future strategies. What you'll bring • A curious mindset and love for Web3 and crypto is a plus. • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Twitter. • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
