We're hiring skilled, adaptive, and creative Social Media Marketing Specialists for our dynamic Business Process Outsourcing company based in Australia!
(Candidates not based out of Ahmedabad must NOT apply)
Primary Requirements:
Must have a laptop or desktop and a professional headset with noise-cancellation for client communication
Flexibility to work in different shift timings
Professional workspace:
- A dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions
- Ergonomic furniture to ensure comfort during long working hours
- Adequate lighting to avoid eye strain, preferably natural light or a good desk lamp
Minimum System Requirements:
Processor: Intel Core i3 or AMD equivalent (i5 or higher recommended)
RAM: Minimum 8GB (16GB recommended)
Operating System: Windows 10/11 or macOS 10.14 or later
Storage: At least 256GB SSD or 500GB HDD (SSD preferred)
Internet Speed: Minimum 10 Mbps download/upload (25 Mbps or higher recommended)
Internet Connection Type: Broadband, Fiber-optic, or reliable 4G/5G connection
Webcam: HD (720p minimum, 1080p recommended)
Antivirus: Reliable antivirus software for security
Browser: Latest version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari
Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS): A UPS with at least 15-30 minutes of backup to handle power outages
Minimum Graphics Card Requirements:
NVIDIA: GeForce GTX 1050 or equivalent
AMD: Radeon RX 560 or equivalent
VRAM: At least 2GB of dedicated VRAM (4GB recommended)
Recommended Graphics Card:
NVIDIA: GeForce GTX 1660 or RTX 2060
AMD: Radeon RX 580 or RX 5700
VRAM: 4GB to 6GB of dedicated VRAM (for smoother performance, especially in video editing and when handling large Photoshop files)
Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Curation:
Your primary responsibility is to create and curate compelling content for the company’s social media platforms. This includes writing posts, designing graphics, and selecting relevant articles or videos. Experience with designing platforms such as Canva is a must.
Be well aware of the nuances of each platform (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and tailor your content accordingly.
Collaboration, Engagement, Monitoring and Analytics
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams. Align your social media strategies with overall business goals.
Respond to comments, messages, and queries promptly.
Use analytics tools to measure the success of your campaigns. Understand metrics like reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
Report and analyse the performance of social media campaigns and provide insights on performance metrics.
Staying Current with Trends and Best Practices:
Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Experiment with new features and formats to keep your content fresh.
Understand basic search engine optimization (SEO) principles. Optimize your content for discoverability.
Qualifications (Required):
Minimum 1 year work experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role
Excellent knowledge of platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Instagram
Familiarity with social media best practices and technologies
Proficiency in English communication (writing and speaking)
Familiarity with customer service and customer relations
Strong attention to detail with time-management and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with ease
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field
Knowledge of SEO, SEM and other digital marketing techniques.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
