Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site social media marketing specialist position in Jaipur. The Specialist will play a crucial role in our team, responsible for social media marketing, content creation, digital marketing, communication, and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Client Management:
• Manage a portfolio of 15-18 clients, ensuring their social media strategies
• align with their business goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their
• needs and delivering customized social media solutions.
• Regularly meet with clients to review performance, discuss strategies, and provide updates.
Social Media Campaigns (SMC):
• Create, manage, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms like
• Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Develop engaging and innovative content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
Content Creation and Management:
• Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and written content.
• Utilize your camera-facing skills to create compelling video content and live streams.
• Schedule and publish posts, ensuring consistency and alignment with client branding and messaging.
• Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates to keep strategies fresh and compelling.
Community Engagement:
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to enhance reach and credibility.
Reporting and Analytics:
• Prepare detailed performance reports for clients, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
• Use analytics tools to track progress and measure the success of social media initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a social media marketing specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms
• Camera-facing skills with the ability to create engaging video content.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus.
