Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team at Winfo Solutions. As a Social Media Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing our online presence, driving engagement, and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

· Create engaging social media content, including posts, graphics, and videos, to captivate our audience across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Pinterest.

· Manage social media channels effectively, including content scheduling, posting, and monitoring engagement.

· Take complete ownership of all social media channels to improve brand awareness, reach, engagement, popularity, networking and lead generation.

· Utilize social listening tools to gather insights and monitor industry trends, competition, and audience sentiments.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives.

· Conduct webinars and leverage social platforms like Zoom.us to engage with our audience and drive lead generation.

· Utilize technical tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Canva, SEMrush, ChatGPT, HemingwayApp, SocialPilot, Buffer, and/or Hootsuite etc. to streamline social media activities and optimize performance.

· Continuously analyze social media metrics and performance to refine strategies and improve results.

· Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing to maintain Winfo Solutions' competitive edge.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· 3+ years of proven experience in social media marketing, with a focus on strategy development, content creation, brand building and audience engagement.

· Strong understanding of social media platforms, including their algorithms, features, and best practices.

· Proficiency in utilizing technical tools such as Zoom Webinars, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Canva, SEMrush, ChatGPT, HemingwayApp, SocialPilot, Buffer, and/or Hootsuite.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling content and interact effectively with diverse audiences.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

· Creative flair and attention to detail, with a passion for staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

· Candidates with experience in the IT/Software industry are preferred.
