Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to lead and grow our online presence. This is an exciting opportunity to manage brand voice across fashion, tech, and EdTech platforms, engaging diverse audiences and driving business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives
Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and more
Plan and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.)
Monitor trends, insights, and competitors to make data-driven decisions
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product teams for campaign planning
Respond to DMs, comments, and manage follower engagement
Analyze performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.
Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest actionable improvements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of professional experience managing social media accounts
Deep understanding of platform algorithms, KPIs, and paid ad strategies
Experience in handling ad budgets and performance optimization
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or other content creation tools is a plus
Excellent copywriting and communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Bonus Skills
Basic SEO and content marketing knowledge
Experience with reels or video editing
Understanding of influencer outreach and collaborations
Strong organizational and time management skills
