Role - Social Media Marketing Specialist

Experience - 1-3 years

Location - Onsite (Kolhapur)

Responsibilities:

1. Work as a digital key account manager for assigned clients

2. Create, schedule, and manage content for clients across social channels

3. Create visually appealing assets for social engagement with the design team

4. Manage the team to ensure that work is completed on time

5. Create and implement Social Media Marketing Strategies

6. Create immersive social media posts with catchy and crisp captions and stories that engage the audience

7. Prepare reports daily, weekly and monthly to determine the impact of your contribution

8. Maintain a consistent tone of voice and brand positioning across all platforms

9. Discover new and exciting ways of engaging clients via social media channels to increase brand awareness, conversations, and affinity towards the IP Websoft content and brand.

10. Create a continuous engagement string

11. Respond to all inquiries, comments and feedback

Experience and Skills:

1. Knowledge of all digital platforms and social media (Facebook/Instagram/Twitter/LinkedIn Accounts Handling)

2. The ability to work independently.

3. Experience managing a team

4. Content Writing & Proofreading

5. Strong analytical abilities to solve problems creatively and identify them.

6. Understanding the entire process of Social Media from strategy planning to execution

7. Attention to detail, and the ability to multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment

8. Excellent persuasive communication skills in written, oral, and presentation formats

9. Knowledge of Social Media Analytics
