Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating and posting engaging content, analyzing social media data, and staying up-to-date with social media trends. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and drive engagement.
Qualifications
Proven experience in social media marketing, including managing social media platforms and creating content
Excellent knowledge of social media best practices and platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Strong understanding of social media analytics and ability to use data to drive insights and performance improvements
Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and concise content
Proficiency in using social media management tools and scheduling software
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of graphic design principles and experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
