As a Social Media Moderator you will have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies that align with our brand and business objectives. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience and mentorship in the field of social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
• Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original videos and news, photos)
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
• Oversee social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
• Featuring in Reels.
Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A passion for maintaining a positive and engaging online community.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Familiarity with social media management tools is a plus.
