Vancouver, BC, Canada (Hybrid work model + on-site as business needs)

Role Overview:
This role is responsible for formulating and implementing Instagram/TikTok social media strategies, conducting end-to-end operation of Shopify and other ecommerce platforms, and overseeing inventory management work. The role will also closely cooperate with the leadership team to carry out overseas market development work including business travel, partner meetings and trade events, and integrate creative digital marketing capabilities with practical ecommerce and inventory management expertise to drive the brand's growth and sales performance in the North American market.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management (Instagram/TikTok)
- Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies to build brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive traffic/sales.
- Independently handle content creation (planning, shooting, editing, copywriting), posting, hashtag optimization, and community management.
- Track key metrics (follower growth, engagement rate, conversion, reach) and iterate strategies based on performance analysis.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithms, and best practices to maintain competitive edge.

2. Ecommerce & Inventory Operations
- Manage Shopify and other relevant ecommerce platforms: product listing, page optimization, order processing, and payment/shipping setup.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels: track stock movements, forecast demand, and coordinate with internal teams to avoid stockouts or overstock.
- Regularly update product information (descriptions, images, pricing) and optimize ecommerce pages for SEO/UX to boost conversion.
- Resolve customer inquiries related to orders, inventory, and product details in a timely manner.

3. Overseas Market Development
- Travel domestically and internationally as required (e.g., market visits, business meetings, industry events) to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, design, sales) to align ecommerce/social strategies with market needs and product launches.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners (suppliers, distributors, influencers) with clear, professional communication.
- Provide regular reports on social media performance, ecommerce sales, and inventory status to leadership.

Requirements
- Based in Vancouver, BC, Canada (or able to relocate immediately).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience** in social media management (Instagram/TikTok) + ecommerce operations (Shopify preferred).
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts and driving ecommerce sales (B2C apparel industry experience is a strong plus).
- Solid experience in inventory management for ecommerce—ability to forecast demand and maintain stock accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to represent the brand professionally in meetings and events.
- Willingness to travel frequently (domestically + internationally) for market development.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a strong asset (for cross-team and partner communication).
- Familiarity with North American apparel market trends is preferred.
