Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented Social Media & Performance Marketing Executive who can manage social media channels, generate and qualify performance marketing leads, and actively track competitors’ digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities Social Media Management
• Plan, create, schedule, and manage content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.)
• Ensure brand consistency, messaging clarity, and engagement growth
• Monitor comments, messages, and lead inquiries from social platforms
• Coordinate with sales and content teams for campaign alignment
Performance Marketing & Lead Management
• Execute and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (CPL, CAC, CTR, conversions)
• Generate qualified leads and ensure timely handover to the sales team
• Continuously optimize campaigns for better ROI
Competitor Tracking & Market Intelligence (Mandatory)
• Track competitors’:
• Social media content strategy and posting frequency
• Ad creatives, messaging, and campaign formats
• Engagement levels, growth trends, and digital visibility
• Maintain a competitor performance dashboard
• Share actionable insights with Bhavik Patel and management for strategic decisions
Reporting & Coordination
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Share insights, learnings, and improvement areas proactively
• Work closely under Bhavik Patel for campaign planning, reviews, and optimization
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2–4 years experience in social media management and performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads
• Strong understanding of analytics tools (GA4, Meta Business Manager, ad dashboards)
• Proven ability to track and analyze competitors’ digital performance
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Data-driven mindset with execution focus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
