Job Description:
The International Arena Football League is seeking a full-time, on-site Social Media to lead day-to-day social media operations from our Las Vegas office. This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced sports environment and knows how to turn action into engagement.
Responsibilities:
Create, design, and schedule daily content across all major social platforms
Design high-impact graphics and short-form videos
Capture and promote the energy of arena football through engaging visuals and captions
Manage fan engagement (comments, messages, interactions)
Maintain consistent league branding and voice
Manage content calendars and deadlines
Track performance metrics and optimize content strategy
Stay current on sports, social media, and digital trends
Requirements:
Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong video editing skills using CapCut
Excellent eye for design, layout, and branding
Strong writing and communication skills
Highly organized and able to work on-site full time in Las Vegas
Preferred (Nice to Have):
Sports or entertainment industry experience
Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools
Experience creating reels, highlights, and short-form video content
