Position Overview: Social Media Scheduler
As a Social Media Scheduler at E8 Productions, you will play a key role in managing our posting schedules, maintaining content calendars, and ensuring that all social media deliverables go out on time across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with our creative, editing, and strategy teams to coordinate uploads, optimize posting times, and ensure each piece of content aligns with brand goals.
This position requires strong attention to detail, reliable internet access, and a hard-working mindset. The ideal candidate has prior experience in social media scheduling, digital marketing, or content coordination and thrives in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
Applicants must have an iPhone or Mac device for seamless communication and platform compatibility.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and publish posts across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Maintain detailed content calendars for multiple clients and internal brands.
Coordinate with editors, creators, and project managers to ensure all assets are uploaded correctly and on schedule.
Optimize posting times and captions based on analytics and performance trends.
Monitor posts for engagement and ensure brand consistency.
Assist in reporting performance data and recommending schedule improvements.
Troubleshoot posting or scheduling issues promptly.
Qualifications:
Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, TeamViewer, Anydesk, or similar).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices.
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Fast, reliable internet connection and access to an iPhone or Mac device are required.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
Prior experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content coordination preferred.
