Are you passionate about turning social media into a powerful growth engine?

IPD is looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist who can grow our audience, strengthen engagement, and drive measurable business results through strategic social media activity.

In this role, you’ll combine creative storytelling, analytics, and industry insights to amplify our brand presence and support business growth across key platforms.

The role is open in our Wetherill Park (NSW), and Brisbane (QLD) location, and offers a genuine opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-growing area of the business.

About the Role:

As our Social Media Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing our social media presence.

Developing and executing social media strategies aligned with marketing and business goals.
Creating and managing high-quality, platform-optimised content across social channels.
Maintaining a consistent and engaging brand presence across all platforms.
Supporting paid social campaigns, including audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance monitoring.
Tracking and analysing performance metrics to optimise engagement, reach, and conversions.
Identifying growth opportunities through audience insights, competitor benchmarking, and social listening.
Staying up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
About You:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong experience managing B2B social media strategies and creating engaging content.
Familiarity with platforms and tools such as LinkedIn, Meta, Hootsuite, and other social media management systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
