You will be responsible for :
• Creating and managing social media content for all group companies, including 7+ divisions.
• Collaborating with brand managers and designers to develop effective content that aligns with the market trend.
• Monitoring and analyzing social media data and make informed decisions to improve our social media performance.
• Monitoring competitors' social media activity and suggest ways to improve our social media presence.
• Configuring Meta business accounts for Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Creating, running, and optimizing social media ad campaigns across different platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Preparing and engaging TikTok videos, reels, and other short-form video content for our social media channels.
• Creating social media reports and provide regular updates to management on social media performance, including engagement, reach, and conversions.
The Profile
• You have Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a similar industry.
• You have proven experience in creating engaging social media content and developing effective social media strategies.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You are proficient in social media management tools, analytics software, and social media advertising platforms.
• You have knowledge of SEO best practices as they relate to social media.
