Key Roles & Responsibilities Of A Social Media Specialist:
Creative Content Development: Create compelling and innovative content across social media platforms, like Instagram and Facebook. This includes copywriting, graphic design, and video editing for social media posts and reels. Work also on repurposing and distributing content across these channels.
Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company’s overall marketing goals. Create and maintain editorial calendars and schedules.
Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency in all marketing and social media messages by collaborating with the Marketing team.
Community Management and Automation: Engage with followers, respond to queries promptly, and automate routine social media activities.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics. Report results to marketing head and optimize strategy based on the data.
Paid Social Advertising: Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal targeting and budget utilization.
Influencer Marketing: Boost brand visibility and engagement through influencer marketing and growth hacking initiatives.
Trendsetter: Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring our brand leads the charge in the digital domain.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Experience in social media management with a portfolio that includes 1-2 years of implementing creative ideas and campaigns.
Skilled in graphic design and video editing, able to create visually appealing stories.
Proficient with social media tools for automating posts, scheduling content, and analyzing data to make informed decisions.
Excellent at developing marketing campaigns that effectively attract and engage a wide range of audiences.
Good analytical skills to review campaign results and use those insights to improve future strategies.
Great communication skills and the ability to work well with others, making you a reliable team member.
