As a Social Media Specialist, you will be understanding customers interests, needs and drivers, creating high-performing and engaging content for diverse initiatives and reporting on success metric.

What you will do:
• Conceptualizing, developing and produce and get produced short-form video, visual and written assets.
• Tracking and measuring content performance.
• Using data and analytics to help drive customer insights.
• Monitoring audiences, ensuring content is delivering results.
• Setting up and optimizing company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content.
• Collaborating with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
• Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
• Developing and managing social influencer programs and attending social influencer events.
• Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company's social media presence and performance.
What you need to have:
• 2 or more years of social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
• Exposure to fintech, banking, education, and study abroad segments would be a plus.
