We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
Define the most important social media KPIs.
Align social media strategy with business goals and marketing objectives.
Content Creation:
Create, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news).
Collaborate with the design team to create high-quality visuals.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all social media channels.
Community Management:
Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Foster and manage social media communities, encouraging positive engagement.
Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
Analytics and Reporting:
Use social media analytics tools to track and report on social media performance metrics.
Analyze and report on social media campaigns and suggest improvements.
Provide insights and recommendations based on social media data.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and sponsored content.
Coordinate with influencers and partners for collaborations and promotions.
Monitor and optimize social media advertising campaigns.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
Recommend new ideas to enhance social media engagement and growth.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, PR, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
Skills:
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media best practices.
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Strong copywriting and editing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creativity and the ability to develop original content.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Knowledge of online marketing channels and content marketing.
Familiarity with web design and publishing.
Certification in Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, or similar.
