· Develop a robust social media strategy to boost following and visibility across various platforms ·
· Identify and define the most important social media KPIs and monitor them regularly
· Create content around topical and ongoing moments for Instagram reels, Snapchat, and Instagram stories
· Well-versed with Instagram reels, stories ecosystem
· Be comfortable in being in front of the camera to take celeb interviews
· Should be very active on social platforms and aware of ongoing content

· Create a monthly social media calendar with relevant special days, hashtags, and occasion-specific campaigns
· Study and analyze the insights to fine-tune the social media strategy for more reach and higher engagement
· Prepare and submit monthly reports to clients, covering various parameters including performance, reach, engagement, and ROI
· Keep track of the latest trends, hashtags, and developments on social media and use it to create content and improve overall performance
· Manage and oversee the creation of high-quality content - both written and visual - for the social media platforms
· Platform experience and channel ownership: Lead what the visual look and feel of each platform looks like, the tone of voice and daily editorial optimisation
· Audience Strategy: Social audience evaluation and segmentation across the brand’s social media presence. Identify key cohorts of audiences and devise a “go-to” strategy to grow and scale these groups. The strategy will include communication strategy on how to speak to these audiences and their content preferences. Engage, retain and grow our audience on social channels

TECHNICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:
· 2-6 years’ experience in entertainment media, preferably in social marketing or digital or communications agency with proven track record of managing social media, building online communities.
· Likes to analyze data, insights, and performance metrics to boost engagement and reach on social media
· Hands-on experience in social media data analysis using platform-specific tools as well as other analytics tools
· Thorough understanding of the social media landscape including Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube, Twitter and new platforms like Takatak, Clubhouse
· Hands-on experience in creating strategies and managing social media for clients on these platforms
· Hands-on experience and success building and managing fan communities
· Deep understanding of how cultural trends form, and the ability to anticipate and act on it
· Unafraid of big risks and the ability to pivot without getting stalled by challenges along the way
· Experience working in cross-functional teams in previous roles
· Proven strategies that have helped build a brand on social media or led to improve conversions for a brand
