Description
We are looking for an innovative and driven Social Media Strategist to join our growing team. We are seeking a candidate who is creatively minded and eager to think outside the box when it comes to our clients and their needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Serve as the lead point of contact for clients throughout the relationship while managing numerous client accounts and projects.
• Strategising, planning and executing campaigns for assigned clients.
• Shooting and editing social media content (reels) for Instagram.
• Sharing weekly reports with all clients.
• Schedule weekly meetings with clients.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
• Report on the progress of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly POAs with the Account Manager.
• Seeking approval from the Account Manager on all client-related work.
• Build rapport with clients to develop a reputation as a trusted advisor and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Coordinating with the content production team (photographers & videographers), graphic designers & the account manager to ensure that the project is on track as per internal timelines.
• Creating written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action.
• Collaborating with Videographers and Multimedia Designers to ensure that posts are engaging.
• Drafting copy for social media content, including articles, captions and hashtags.
• Scheduling posts & managing the client's reputation online.
• Discussing the daily agenda (to-do) & updating the Account Manager on all work being done.

• Organising, planning & maintaining a record via Microsoft 365 & Notion, our project management solution.
• Daily engagement on all client's posts.
• Monitoring users' engagement with and feedback on every post.
• Maintaining a secure database of all login credentials.
• Remaining abreast of changes to all pertinent social media applications.
• Exploring the potential value of social media sites that are not yet in our repertoire.
• Anything additional that arises which is not currently included, as long as time permits.
Requirements and Qualifications
• Degree in marketing, communication studies, creative writing, or similar.
• Experience as a social media executive/ intern at a similar company is a big plus
• Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms.
• Firm grasp of or willingness to work with Notion, Slack, and Office 365.
• Flexible and engaging writing style.
• Knowledge of pertinent engagement metrics.
