Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Strategist to lead our graphic design team and manage our social media channels. As a Social Media Strategist - Graphic Design Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of graphic designers, scheduling and approving posts, and ensuring the quality of work delivered. You will also act as the point of contact for clients, develop and execute social media strategies, and monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of 4 graphic designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support as needed
• Schedule and approve social media posts across multiple platforms, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand and business objectives
• Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and reach
• Develop and execute social media strategies for Facebook and Instagram, including creating and curating content, managing campaigns, and tracking performance
• Analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools, and make recommendations for optimization
• Act as the point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and providing solutions as needed
• Ensure the quality of work delivered by the graphic design team, and make recommendations for improvement as needed
• Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure consistency across all communication channels
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms, and provide recommendations for adoption
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 2+ years of experience in social media management and graphic design, with a proven track record of growing audiences and engagement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of English
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices, including Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
• Experience with social media analytics tools, such as Facebook Insights
• Ability to develop creative and engaging content for social media channels, including copywriting and design
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and partnerships is a plus
