We are actively launching several innovative apps, including the Personal Injury App, Concussion App, Weight Management App, and Golfer’s App. Our marketing efforts include a 6 Series Personal Injury Symposium, Podcast, and DIY Virtual Care Rehab Program. Job Summary:

We are seeking creative and driven Social Media-Video Editing-CRM Jr. Developers to support the marketing and development teams in launching and promoting our innovative programs and apps. You will play a crucial role in creating, optimizing, and managing digital content across platforms, while learning key business and marketing strategies like lead generation, funnel creation, and CRM management. This is a unique opportunity to work across social media, video production, SEO, and CRM technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Marketing Campaigns & Content Creation:
• Work with a team of interns to develop marketing campaigns for medical and health rehabilitation fields.
• Collaborate with the Business Development, Marketing, Analysts, and Developers Groups.
• Develop and update campaign content for our Personal Injury 6 Series Symposium and upcoming webinars.
• Social Media Management:
• Create and schedule content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to enhance user engagement and visibility.
• Video Editing & Content Creation:
• Edit and produce engaging video content to support campaigns, including promotional videos, webinars, and tutorials.
• Assist with live-streaming events and optimize videos for replay and future use.
• SEO & Digital Optimization:
• Implement SEO strategies to boost the visibility of our apps, campaigns, and digital content.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize web content for search engines.
• CRM Development:
• Work with Jr. CRM Developers to create and manage automated lead generation campaigns.
• Assist in developing, testing, and managing marketing funnels within our CRM platform.
• Collaborate in the integration of marketing strategies with the CRM system for lead nurturing and campaign tracking.
• Collaborative Group Work:
• Join cross-functional teams including social media, video editors, UI/UX designers, app developers, and business analysts to gather and create content that aligns with our marketing goals.
• Support ongoing app development, website updates, and CRM initiatives with insights from marketing and user data.

Hands-On Learning Opportunities:
• Assist in developing lead generation funnels and marketing landing pages.
• Work on video content for marketing campaigns, including motion graphics and editing pre-existing content.
• Gain experience in social media platform management, SEO, CRM automation, and digital marketing.
• Test, validate, and support the creation of membership sites, e-commerce platforms, and landing pages in our CRM.
• Participate in strategy meetings and collaborate on marketing rollouts, including email campaigns, newsletters, and sales material creation.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Information Technology, or related field.

· Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills – must have

· Strong artistic and creative skills with an eye for detail in design, video editing, and digital content creation.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and content creation tools.
• Basic experience in video editing is preferred.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Canva)- must have.
• Knowledge of SEO tools and strategies (e.g., Google Analytics, Moz, SEMrush) is an asset.
• Experience with Drag & Drop website development platforms such as Google, Wix, Squarespace, and WordPress is and asset.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, KEAP, Groove.cm) and drag-and-drop web development is a plus.
• Experience or interest in user experience mapping for lead generation and automated campaigns is an asset.
• Strong communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Interview process:
