Overview
We are a growing social media marketing agency in Edmonton looking for a reliable Freelance Videographer (Independent Contractor) to film short-form content for local businesses such as barbershops, salons, coffe shops, and service-based businesses.
This is a contract position. You will operate as an independent contractor and invoice us for your services.

Responsibilities
Review the provided shot list before each shoot
Plan an efficient filming flow to maximize shoot time
Arrive on location on time and fully prepared
Set up lighting and audio equipment
Film all content in 4K vertical format (9:16)
Capture high-quality footage with proper lighting and clean audio
Guide clients during filming when needed
Upload and organize all raw footage in the designated Dropbox folder
Qualifications
Experience filming short-form content for Reels / TikTok
Ability to film in 4K resolution
Own equipment such as:
Camera or iPhone 16 Pro or newer (must)
Gimbal (stabilizer)
LED lighting
Audio equipment
Strong understanding of framing and lighting
Professional appearance and communication skills
Reliable transportation within Edmonton
(Some equipment may be provided)
This is a perfect fit if you:

Organized and punctual
Take initiative on set

Compensation:
$22-$30 per hour.
