We are looking for an experienced Social Media/Community Manager to join our team. As a Social Media/Community Manager, you will be critical in developing and managing social media programs. This individual will work closely with technical teams and Content production teams, marketing teams, development teams, design teams, and editorial teams.
Exp: 3+Years
Location: Ahmedabad/ Work from office
Candidates willing to work from the office. Ahmedabad Location would be preferred,
Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement and manage social media strategies that align with business objectives across our social media account(s) to a professional standard (Mainly our FB, Instagram, Twitter and Discord)
• Monitor online conversations related to the company & products in order to provide timely responses to customers inquiries/concerns
• Monitor trends in social media tools & applications and appropriately apply that knowledge to increasing the company's presence in social media spaces
• Build relationships with influencers on various social media platforms
• Generate creative content ideas for engaging users (e.g., videos, GIFs etc.)
• Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed
• Moderate all user generated content within the community forums
• Research audience preferences and discover current trends
• Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams
• Full of Ideas to think outside the box, think of fresh ideas on how we can better ourselves and increase our popularity and reach within the community
• We want you to be organized and be efficient when replying and working with the community and our fans
• Work with our Founders and Management to fulfil any requests that are made via social media
• Keep up to date with our eSports teams and actively post their progress and achievements
Skills:
• Growth Marketing - Always on the lookout for ideas to create virality of the product and grow the community through innovative
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
• Hands on experience with social media management
• Knowledge of online marketing
