• To facilitate learning in the best possible ways using Project-Based Learning & Integrated Learning strategies, keeping in mind the requirements of the board the school is affiliated to and the group of learners assigned. • To serve as an advisor and mentor of an assigned group of students in an advisory capacity. • To create and implement advisory plans. • To conduct group and one on one sessions advisory sessions with the group of students assigned. • To ensure consistency is maintained by planning and implementing lesson plans as per the expected standards. • To ensure overall development of the students by helping them achieve their learning targets and meet their result expectations. • To provide remediation and IEP support to the learners. • To create, develop and maintain authentic and proper records/reports of students’ individual growth plans. • To give and receive constructive feedback to and from the students periodically. • To assist in coordination, maintenance of students’ records and addressing parents’ queries. • To ensure the safety and security of students while on campus. • To facilitate inter and multidisciplinary learning units in collaboration with other educators. • To take advantage of the Growth and Development opportunities offered by the organization. • To perform all associated tasks as considered necessary and appropriate
