Social Worker – Full-Time or Part-Time | Murray Bridge, SA

We’re growing and looking for a qualified or soon-to-be-qualified Social Worker to join us in Murray Bridge, with the option for part-time or full-time work. If you’re a Social Work student graduating at the end of this year, we’d love to hear from you — our Graduate Program offers a structured pathway to support your transition into professional practice and set you up for long-term success.

Your Role:
Deliver client-centred, evidence-informed support across a varied caseload (NDIS, DVA, WorkCover, private, and community programs)
Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop tailored support or intervention plans
Provide counselling, case management, and advocacy to empower clients to achieve their goals
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and coordinated care
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and progress notes in line with professional standards
What You Bring:
Tertiary qualification in Social Work (or nearing completion)
Eligibility for registration with the AASW
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A compassionate, strengths-based approach to client care
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to professional growth and reflective practice
