About the Role:

An exciting opportunity awaits within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) for a passionate and committed Social Worker to join our Northern Community Mental Health team. This role offers the chance to make a genuine and lasting impact by supporting adults living with complex mental health conditions and contributing to high‑quality, person‑centred care.

As a valued member of our service, you will deliver comprehensive assessment, intervention and coordinated care that improves wellbeing and enhances recovery. You will draw on your developing clinical expertise to plan, implement and evaluate tailored treatment approaches, working with growing autonomy while also guiding allied health assistants, students and less experienced staff.

Collaboration is central to this role. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless, holistic and recovery‑focused support for individuals accessing the service. Opportunities to rotate across clinical areas will continue to expand your skills, broaden your experience and strengthen your professional capability.

To be eligible for this position, you must hold an appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.

You will demonstrate excellent time‑management and the ability to coordinate a varied caseload, along with a commitment to interdisciplinary teamwork and collaborative, recovery‑oriented practice.
