Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
• Manage relationships with buildings/apartments according to the OGPM process.
• Handle various management activities defined in the Scope of Work (SOW) for assigned buildings/apartments.
• Take care of maintenance tasks, documentation, and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with the operations team to enter maintenance, accounting, budget, and forecast data.
• Record and track expenses, prepare vouchers, and enter data into third-party platforms.
• Provide daily attendance reports, including your own, and submit Daily Progress Reports.
• Resolve complaints and help tickets through the OGPM App.
• Report breakdowns and maintenance needs using the HelpDesk ticket system.
• Coordinate outside activities for the society, with the ability to claim travel expenses directly from the society.
• Maintain constant communication and synchronization between the society management team and the OGPM team.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
