Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Soft Skill Trainer, all over karnataka. The Soft Skill Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering soft skills training programs, facilitating engaging training sessions, assessing training needs, and customizing training content. Additional day-to-day tasks include providing developmental feedback, mentoring employees in communication and interpersonal skills, and continuously updating training materials to meet organizational and learner needs.
Qualifications
• Experience developing and delivering training programs for interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops
• Strong assessment and customization skills for training content
• Excellent mentorship and feedback-providing abilities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design is a plus
• Bachelor's degree
