Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Soft Skills and Grooming Faculty at International Institute of Hotel Management in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The faculty member will be responsible for teaching and training students in soft skills development, grooming, and professional etiquette to prepare them for successful careers in the hospitality industry. Qualifications Strong communication skills, both verbal and writtenExperience in teaching or training in soft skills and groomingKnowledge of hospitality industry standards and practicesEmpathy and patience in working with students from diverse backgroundsCertification in soft skills training or related fieldBachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
