Location: Aditya Centeegra Office no 7, 3rd floor Near IDBI Bank, Dnyaneshwar Paduka chowk, Fergusson College Rd, Pune, Maharashtra 411005

Are you passionate about empowering individuals with effective communication and professional skills? We are looking for an experienced Soft Skills Trainer to join our dynamic team at FirstBit Solutions!

Job Role:

Conduct engaging training sessions on soft skills such as communication, leadership, time management, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

Customize and deliver content to meet the learning needs of different audiences.

Assess and track the progress of participants to ensure learning objectives are met.

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in soft skills training

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong presentation and facilitation skills

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Training certifications (preferred but not mandatory)

Mode:

Freelancer / Full-Time

Type:

On-site or Remote (as per project requirement)
