Based in their London office, this role is perfect for a creative, trend-driven designer with a strong commercial eye and experience in the young to mid-market fashion sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with the in-house sales team to drive accounts forward.
• Develop seasonal mood boards, trend forecasts, and capsule collections.
• Design fashion-forward, commercially viable products tailored to client needs.
• Source and research new fabrics, trims, and design inspirations.
• Attend fabric fairs and shopping trips for inspiration and innovation.
• Present designs confidently in meetings with sales managers and buying teams.
What We're Looking For:
• Experience designing young, high-fashion womenswear.
• A strong understanding of tailoring, fabrications, and silhouettes.
• Previous experience working with high street retailers.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
