❖ EvenDigit is looking for an adept PPC Expert - Google Ads Manager to join
our team. The ideal candidate should have 5-6 years of hands-on experience
managing Google Ads campaigns across various industries. As a PPC Expert,
you'll be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and optimizing PPC
campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue for our clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
❖ Craft and execute effective digital marketing strategies tailored to each
project's unique goals.
❖ Ensuring the project performance KPIs are achieved.
❖ Adjust strategies monthly in collaboration with the client to ensure continual
improvement.
❖ Proactively research and implement innovative approaches to enhance
project outcomes and maintain a competitive edge.
❖ Effectively communicate any project challenges to both clients and
performance managers and contribute to finding solutions.
❖ Engage in ongoing training sessions and seek certifications to elevate your
expertise in digital marketing.
❖ Guide the project's executive team in completing tasks that contribute to
achieving project objectives.
❖ Scrutinize performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for
potential improvement, and inform strategy adjustments.
❖ Develop and pitch new marketing initiatives grounded in analytical research
and insights.
❖ Coach and guide interns in managing and interpreting performance numbers.
❖ Ensure unified approach towards common project objectives.
❖ Generate bi-weekly and monthly reports to share with the team and
management, providing a clear view of project performance.
❖ Assist the Performance manager for daily updates for clients, ensuring
timely and accurate communication.
❖ Focus on projects classified as 'Red' and 'Yellow', determining the necessary
actions to improve their status.
❖ Develop and execute paid marketing strategies using the Google Ads
platform.
❖ Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic
and conversions.

high-performing keywords.
❖ Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven

❖ Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve campaign
performance.
Experience
❖ Holding 5-6 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads
campaigns.
Technical Qualification and Skills
❖ Proficiency in Google Ads dashboard and other tools like Google Data
Studio, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.
❖ Proficiency with computers. Well-versed with MS Office, Google Docs, and
Google Sheets.
❖ Proven track record of driving successful Google Ads campaigns and achieving
KPIs.
❖ Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to ad delivery, tracking, or
account setup.
❖ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize
campaigns based on insights.
❖ Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and campaign optimization
strategies.
❖ In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform, including search, display,
shopping.
Educational Qualification
❖ Bachelor's/ Master's Degree/MBA (Marketing/Digital
Marketing/E-Commerce/Advertisement)
❖ Google Ads certification/Digital marketing certification is a plus.
Soft Skills
❖ Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
❖ Understanding the American English accent would be an added advantage.
❖ Ability to work as a team player and multitask.
