Application Manager - Ariba
We are seeking an Application Manager to join our team in managing applications and ensuring their smooth operation. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Functional Application Management and experience in supporting strategic change.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the maintenance of core applications and ensure they operate within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Oversee incident management, resolving application-related tickets through controlled processes.
• Monitor overall application performance and maintain production environment integrity.
• Maintain application configuration tables in SAP ECC.
• Configure and review SAP Ariba approval flow setups.
• Implement further automation initiatives.
• Support complex seller integrations.
• Ensure compliance with Integrated Master Plan (IM) processes for area of responsibility.
About This Opportunity
• Collaborate with key users to discuss tickets, wishes, and demonstrate visibility.
• Act as co-coordinator for Key User network and meetings.
• Support project handover activities and projects in execution of changes/enhancements.
• Participate in implementation improvements and optimization projects.
• Administer the SAP Ariba & SAP Ariba Network.
