We are seeking a highly skilled .Net Lead with 7+ years of experience to shape the technological direction of our IT development initiatives. This individual will play a pivotal role in designing, architecting, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Provide technical insight resulting in high-quality software products.
• Assist the team in investigations, prototyping, and design activities.
• Participate in Scrum planning and meetings, release planning, and ensure clarity of deliverables.
• Expertise implementation in Agile project management methodologies.
• Identify and address technical risks.
Requirements:
• 7-12 years of experience in .NET technologies (ASP.Net, .Net Windows application, .Net Core, C#) and MS SQL Server.
• Experience in building and integrating RESTful APIs with external systems and data sources.
• Strong understanding of design patterns and best practices for building maintainable and scalable applications.
• Experience in managing and mentoring development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• B.E. or B.Tech degree
