Software Architect
Defines, communicates and evolves a shared technological and architectural view of a solution, platform or reference. Participates in determining the system, subsystem, and interfaces between them. Validates technology assumptions, evaluates alternatives, and defines higher-level functional and non-functional requirements. Provides software architecture, alignment with technology and business roadmaps and strategies, and technical leadership for architectural capabilities. Empowers teams to make local decisions.
Your role:
• Architecture Design: Design and implement scalable and maintainable front-end architectures.
• Client-Side Development: Lead the development of responsive and interactive web applications using React, Angular, and JavaScript.
• Full Stack Development: Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Hands on with Typescript, HTML 5, CSS. Familiar with REST web services using WebAPI, Entity framework.
• Code Quality: Ensure high-quality code through best practices, code reviews, and automated testing.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the development team.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
