Job Tittle : Software Architect (Leading Automotive Client In UK / Germany)Exp : 10 to 18 YearsWork Location : Bangalore / RemoteKey Accountabilities and Responsibilities : Technical Expertise : Key responsibilities will include : - Supporting product roadmap creation and strategy development- Being accountable for the technical excellence of technology systems and solutions- Support and guidance of the delivery teams to develop systems and solutions in line with architectural development documentation- Overseeing and supporting the assessment of solution excellence to core KPI's as well as independently rating and assessing solutions- Maximising value from systems through technical sustainability, longevity, and reusability- Supporting stakeholders across the business with the setup of delivery teams- Leading multiple design activities and projectsWhat you'll need : As the Software Architect, you will have experience taking ideas and concepts through to delivery - from pushing the art of what's possible, creating system requirement analysis, into well-structured designs, and working closely with the software development teams on the solution, right through to delivery. You will have the ability to communicate technical design concepts to business and technical stakeholders.Essential : - Extensive software development and architecture experience (ten plus years)- Ability to analyse and resolve complex hardware and software inter-related issues- Experience with modelling tools and techniques for systems of software design- Experience in working on embedded system platforms- Knowledge across several programming languages, including C/C++- Extensive OS systems / internals knowledge (Unix, Linux)- Ability to provide realistic and executable project-related technical estimations- Good analytical and problem-solving skills- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in software/systems engineeringDesirable : - Experience in automotive development standards and processes- Solid foundation and understanding of agile development practices- Knowledge of networking systems, web standards and cloud architectures- Experience working in distributed teams- Ability to plan and organise a team of engineers
